A number of existing time-owners have expressed an interest in selling their weeks at The Edinburgh Residence.
Types of suites available for resale include Classic Suites, Grand Suites, and Town House Apartments either with a lease expiry of 2016, 2019 or 2021.

The Town House Company, as owner and manager of the property and as part of its services to owners provides this service exclusively to The Edinburgh Residence time-owners. The Town House Company has the right to acquire any weeks put up for sale by an Owner, in the same way as any other individual but will not exercise this right for a period of a month from the date the week is first placed on the website to allow the Owners and other interested parties the opportunity to acquire.
