Flexible Time at the Edinburgh Residence
The purchase of a lease of Flexible Time permits the Owner to reserve accommodation of the type specified at any time of the year except those periods detailed and specified as 'New Year Time' and 'Festival Time'.
Accommodation (of the type specified) can be reserved for seven days commencing on either a Monday or a Friday. Alternatively a three night reservation may commence on a Friday with the remaining four night reservation commencing on a Monday.
Reservations may be made one year prior to the desired arrival date.
Alternatively the purchase of a Corporate Flexible Week permits the Owner to reserve seven individual nights accommodation Monday to Thursday or alternatively reserving a weekend stay from Friday to Sunday inclusive and using the remaining four nights midweek. One weekend stay only is permitted per week owned.
Weeks can also be exchanged with RCI or Interval International. By becoming a member of one of these International Exchange Companies you can request exchange in one of their many resorts worldwide. The Edinburgh Residence has a Gold Crown status with RCI and and a Five Star rating with Interval International.
