Dining
In Room Dining
As a 5-star alternative to a hotel, the Edinburgh Residence - a collection of 29 luxury suites in the West End of Edinburgh - offers a number of dining options.
In-room dining
We offer an extensive, formal in-room dining menu which is served between 14:30 and 21:15 in your suite. Take a look at a sample menu here.
Do-it-yourself
All the Edinburgh Residence suites come with an antique armoire containing a fridge, microwave, crockery, glasses and cutlery. We would encourage you to stock up and make your own snacks and light meals - families particularly appreciate this facility when they need toast and Marmite at odd times of the day or night.
Alternatively we operate a 24-hour children's menu, because we want to make life easy and pleasurable for you and the family while you're in Scotland's capital. Take a look.
24-hour room service
This menu is less formal than the in-room dining menu and contains snacks and light meals that can be served 24 hours. Take a look here.
We also operate an honesty cake bar in our Drawing Room, throughout the day, should you fancy something sweet!
Go out to lunch or dinner
Restaurant at The Bonham, the contemporary, destination restaurant within our sister property, The Bonham Hotel, is less than a minute's walk away - and there's nowhere better in Edinburgh for lunch or dinner. Take a look here.
