The Edinburgh Residence now offers a range of different breakfasts to suit the needs of every traveller. Whether you require a relaxed full Scottish breakfast, a light continental option or a quick coffee and morning roll we are happy to accommodate your requests.

Fast Breakfast - £4.50 per person - Served between 6.45am and 10am

Your choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Served with a hot filled roll with a choice of one filling: bacon, scrambled egg, fried egg or grilled sausage.

Breakfast on the Go! - £5.50 per person - Available from 4am - 10am

Provided in a discreet white paper bag, this breakfast is served to take away for busy people on the move!

Choose from Orange juice, still or sparkling water. Served with a croissant, apple or banana and a yoghurt

Full Scottish Breakfast - £12.50 per person - Served between 7am and 10am.

Choose from a selection of fruit juice, cereals, porridge, fruit and yoghurt. Followed by a hot breakfast with a choice of the following items: bacon, pork sausages, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding, haggis, potato scone, baked beans, with either fried, scrambled or poached eggs.

As an alternative why not try poached haddock with a poached egg.

Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is available with a supplement of £2.00 per serving.

Served with your choice of breakfast tea, filter coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot chocolate, earl grey, camomile tea, peppermint tea, lemon/ginger tea and green tea.

Continental Breakfast - £9.00 per person - Served between 7am and 10am
